STRUCTURE: Clayer is the result of a meticulous casting process, ensuring high structural homogeneity. 
An initial 24-hour firing at 1050°C transforms the clay into a stable and durable body, preparing it for the decorative phase.
The glaze is then applied by hand, followed by a second 24-hour firing cycle at 1000°C. This specific heating curve is designed to promote the rheological relaxation of the glass components: the prolonged exposure to high temperatures allows the pigments to fuse deeply, enhancing the richness of the color and nuances while also ensuring high surface resistance.

BASE: The base is made of painted steel and is completed with a felt support, designed to ensure stability and protection of the surfaces.
